Mazatlán hosted the II Forum of the l Council of Professional Realtors of Mexico
MAZATLÁN.- Mazatlán woke up and is making a big splash in the real estate sector with innovative projects such as Stelarhe, known for being one of the most avant-garde and innovative in the entire northwest of the country, awakening the interest of not only real estate developers from the region, but also from different Councils and Associations at the national level.
Recently, the Council of Professional Realtors of Mexico, AC (COPIM) and Stelarhe joined forces with the objective of positioning Stelarhe in the national market and, therefore, Mazatlán as one of the best destinations in all Latin America.
Alfredo Reynaga Chicuate, Stelarhe’s sales manager, said that what was being sought is to work and create synergy with COPIM so that they know the project and the scheme of strategic alliances that they offer.
«We want Stelarhe and Mazatlán to reach all the eyes of the Republic, because they know very well about the real estate boom that exists in the port and those benefits that Mazatlecos have. What we want is to work together for the benefit of the port”, he commented.
Magdalena Martínez, president of COPIM, reported that the council was designed and consolidated as a guiding axis so that various real estate associations in Mexico have access to better education and training for their members.
«I see Stelarhe as an excellent and very cutting-edge project. We wanted to make these visits to these developments so that our advisers can promote them in their states and generate synergy”, she stressed.
For her part, Rosy Delgado, representative of Asesores Inmobiliarios de Sinaloa, highlighted the benefits of working as a team for the benefit of a destination as noble and competitive as Mazatlán and Stelarhe as an innovative project.
“That is definitely the intention, to work as a team, to do business, in fact, many of our clients have already bought and invested in this project that is Stelarhe”, she mentioned.
COPIM members were present at the Stelarhe showroom, where they took a group to a personalized tour of the facilities by the advisers.
