Since last weekend the influx of visitors to the Artisan Gastronomic Tianguis that takes place in La Noria has picked up.

The president of the Citizen Committee of La NoriaMarisol Lizárraga, stated that more and more people visit the town, not only from Mazatlán, but from other states in the country.

“This Sunday we were visited by a group of 30 people from Los Cabos, they also came from Navolato, Durango, and Mazatlan, that says that more and more people have the reference to come and enjoy a family Sunday and to be able to consume some product or buy some crafts. In recent weeks, the number of people visiting has picked up considerably and we hope that it will continue until the end of the year ”, he said.

He explained that many of the visitors come for the second time, others find out from their relatives and others online, through the Facebook page.

“ People are very happy, they dance, have fun with the music, eat delicious food and buy some handicrafts. That is how nice they can arrive and feel at home, ”she expressed.

Marisol Lizárraga revealed that for the month of December they are preparing the event of lighting the tree, they are also working for a popular festival for next Saturday.

“The ladies of the tianguis are working on a popular festival to increase the gastronomic offer of the place the following week, which would be on Saturdays until the end of the year,” he concluded.

There are currently nine restaurants in the Habal-La Noria gastronomic corridor. The offer will open a little more in the coming months, since another one is about to open.
