Escuinapa, Sinaloa.- The esplanade of the Municipal Palace of Escuinapa was the stage for athletes and non-athletes to meet this Friday afternoon.

The reason, to take the best steps and ‘ buzz’, but this time for a special reason, to gather food for Nayarit victims of Hurricane ‘Roslyn’ .

The class organized by the Escuinapa DIF system had the participation of instructors from Mazatlán, El Rosario and Escuinapa: Gabriela Barraza, Lorena Galván, Carmelita Gómez, Dulce Estrada, Betty Santos, Goyita Lizárraga and Aldahir Murúa, who made the students dance. present to the rhythm of Samba, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Salsa and Merengue.

Both the attendees and the staff of the DIF System donated cleaning and personal hygiene items, bottled water, non-perishable food, clothing and footwear in good condition; that were delivered to the collection center that the municipal government installed since last Monday.

The mayor Blanca Estela García Sánchez, accompanied by the Councilor Itzel Astorga García, by the president of the DIF Escuinapa, Alberto Vázquez Guzmán, officials of the Directorate of Citizen Attention and Educational Linkage, were witnesses of this fact.

They thanked the willingness to support the cause with an event that also promotes physical activity and revealed that as of this Saturday, October 29, they will be delivering food, clothing and footwear support to the most affected areas in the neighboring state of Nayarit.
