The Cain Road Race 2022 will leave more than 10 million pesos of economic spill in communities of Concordia

CONCORDIA, SINALOA.- The traditional Cain Road Race 2022 is getting ready to take place in November and thus receive around 150 pilots who will roll along the road that leads to Concordia from November 18 to 20, Victoria Paredes announced, as part of the organizing committee.

He indicated that during the last edition there was the presence of 25 professional pilots from 25 states of the republic, as well as foreign countries such as Argentina, England, Colombia, Spain, the Czech Republic, the United States, and Brazil, who together with their companions left a pleasant economic benefit to the destination of around 10 million pesos.

“With this event, great importance is generated, since the economy is reactivated in all the communities of the sierra, not only in the municipal seat or in Mazatlán, where the majority spend the night,” said Paredes.

He commented that for this edition they have already prepared hotel rooms, houses, and hostels so that the competitors avoid moving from one municipality to another, and in the process live a great experience in the place of this great event.

He pointed out that this will be an important opportunity for the reactivation of cabins and reserves such as the Chara Pinta, which has begun to improve its image and promotion for the arrival of tourists.

He added that the communities that will benefit from this event are El Palmito, Potrerillos, Corte Alto, Chirimoyos, Mes del Carrizal, Santa Lucía, Chupaderos, Magistral, and Concordia.
