Mazatlán, Sin.- With the visit of the “Carnival Panorama”, which docked this Wednesday at the tourist pier, Mazatlán closes the month of June with the visit of more than 25 thousand cruise passengers, between passengers and crew, with which the port is has positioned itself as a receiving destination for cruise tourism as it passes through the Mexican Riviera.

The Carnival Panorama arrived with 4,530 passengers and 1,450 crew members, of which a significant number descended from the ship to tour the tourist attractions such as El Faro, the Historic Center, the Cathedral, the Golden Zone, the Malecón, among others. others, in addition to visiting the communities of El Quelite, La Noria, Copala and Concordia.

In these places they know the natural and tourist settings that are available and enjoy their exquisite cuisine.

This tourist item stands out for being one of the ones that leaves the most economic spill in the destination, since it is estimated that each cruise passenger spends around 100 dollars on their visit, which is usually between four and five hours, on their tour of restaurants and different attractions of Mazatlan both in urban and rural areas.

For July, the “Carnival Panorama” will return four times. 

Programming in July

For the month of July, the “Carnival Panorama” cruise has several visits scheduled to Mazatlan.

According to the programming of the port’s Integral Port Administration, the vessel belonging to one of the most important international shipping lines will visit the port on July 6, 13, 20 and 27.
