Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The Undersecretary for Tourism Promotion and Operation of Sinaloa, Estrella Palacios Domínguez, invited Sinaloans and national and international travelers to meet and fall in love with the tourist attractions offered by the 18 municipalities of the state.

He said that in compliance with the instruction of Governor Rubén Rocha Moya, the possibility of launching a program to motivate the movement of travelers throughout Sinaloa is being analyzed.

“In fact, we are analyzing the possibility that it be resumed. One of the orders of our Governor, Rubén Rocha Moya, is that the entire state has tourist activity, the 18 municipalities, that they be activated. The three main tourism centers we have would be Culiacán, Los Mochis and Mazatlán, so we are looking at the possibility.”

Estrella Palacios especially invited visitors to visit Sinaloan beaches such as Maviri in Los Mochis, Las Glorias in Guasave, Las Cabras in Escuinapa and the beaches of Mazatlán, to name a few.

He indicated that tourism must become a tool to generate income and well-being in all the communities of the state, not only in Mazatlán, Culiacán and Los Mochis, the main tourist centers of Sinaloa, he considered.

He recalled that, given the validity of the pandemic, it is advisable to respect biosecurity measures to protect the health of locals and visitors at Easter.
