MAZATLÁN.- Mazatlán never ceases to surprise us and tonight La Cantinna opened its doors, the new bar-lounge inspired by our Mexican roots that offers mezcal, flirty cocktails, and Mexican food reinvented under the typology of a typical snack bar.

La Cantinna arises as a result of the fusion between the contemporary and the traditional of our culture. Boring? Never! In addition to its modern design, this bar features classic Mexican games such as baleros, matracas, dice, and the game of marbles.

Its food menu is created with local and national ingredients, paying homage to our Mazatlan gastronomy, but adapting it to this new concept of snacks and ideal dishes to share with friends.

The most outstanding dishes are squash flower quesadillas, cochinita pibil tortas, queso fundido with mushrooms, chorizo, guacamole with grasshoppers, and even grilled chistorra, they are dishes prepared with the highest quality ingredients.

In his bar, the mezcals are the protagonist, but the tequila is not far behind. The best thing is that all the names of these drinks are in honor of local and national artists.

So in its mixology menu, you can find: La Beltrán, which is a drink that contains mezcal, homemade jamaica and habanero syrup and jamaica salt; La Lolita has young mezcal, roasted pineapple with chile de arbol and citrus fruits, or Frida Margarita, which is a mixture of white tequila, guava, orange liqueur, homemade piloncillo syrup.
