Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Two underage tourists were rescued from the sea of Mazatlán by elements of the Aquatic Rescue Squad of the municipal Police.

The events occurred this Tuesday in the Cerritos area, where the lifeguards arrived to save the two visitors from Toluca .

The bathers were identified as Alan Leonardo “N”, 11 years old, and María José “N”, 9 years old, who did not require medical attention since they only presented fatigue.

The elements of the Aquatic Rescue Squad made a call to respect the flags placed along the beach.

In addition to abiding by the recommendations made by lifeguards in the presence of ocean currents and high waves.

They also asked parents not to neglect minors when they are in the beach area.
