Thousands of tourists have arrived to spend the holidays in the Pearl of the Pacific

Mazatlán, Sinaloa. – For December 24 and 25, hotel occupancy remains within the common figures with 58 percent, and according to the president of the Tres Islas Hotels and Motels Association, José Ramón Manguart Sánchez, on these two days, people prefer to stay home to spend the holidays with the family.

However, a very strong season is coming for the tourism sector, since it is at this time one of the most important holiday seasons for the port since thousands of families choose Mazatlán as their main destination.

So far, a total of 125 thousand tourists are expected just between December 26 and January 2.

All this without taking into account that as of December 26 the demand increases and therefore the occupation, for which there is still the possibility that this figure will grow.

Tourism at this time represents a great economic benefit for the local businesses of the port and of course, even more for the hotel industry.
