Mazatlán, Sinaloa. – Denoting the port’s economic improvement, the expectations for this holiday season are comparable to that of 2019, the date on which the Covid-19 had not yet arrived in Mazatlán, said Roberto Lem González, president of the Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Mazatlán.
The businessman predicted that the tourist influx will be such that “practically” the allowed capacity limit will be reached, recovering a profit that had not been seen in 2020; a spill of 3 billion pesos.
“We know that we are going to reach very good terms, we are going to reach practically we are going to be at the limit of the capacity allowed for this December closure, where we hope in the south of the State of Sinaloa to have a spill of around 3 billion pesos in all economic sectors ”, he revealed.
