New Sinaloa Governor Rubén Rocha Moya and 18 Mayors sworn in to take office across the state

Sinaloa.- The change occurred in Sinaloa, and this Sunday, October 31, Rubén Rocha Moya assumed the state government, but the 18 municipal presidencies of the entity were also renewed

A whole political catwalk took place from 11:00 am with the assumption of Rocha Moya as governor in a solemn act held in the Congress of the State of Sinaloa, where the president highlighted seven agreements established with the president of Mexico Andrés Manuel López Obrador , as well as four immediate actions to attend. 

The event was attended by governors, incoming and outgoing mayors, as well as federal deputies, senators, and social representatives of the state and Mexico; as AMLO representative was María Luisa Alcalde, Secretary of Labor.

“For Mexico and Sinaloa these are times of transformation, today I strive my body and soul for that purpose, to conscientiously govern the limits of my strength and capabilities, I will undertake this inalienable task as of today; Those who accompany me in this challenge are obliged, we will all act with dedication and rectitude for the well-being of Sinaloans and those who have the least Long live Sinaloa, long live the Fourth Transmission, Long live President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, Long live Mexico ”, concluded Rubén Rocha Moya during his message to the Sinaloans.

  • 1 for the PRI (Sinaloa)
  • 1 the PT (Elota)
  • 1 the Solidarity Encounter Party (San Ignacio)

Ahome and Guasave were the first municipalities in which the change took place with Gerardo Vargas and Martín Ahumada; the first with a massive act and the other with a private one where the issue of healthy distance was taken care of.
