Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Just as Sinaloa has made considerable progress in the application of vaccines against Covid-19, the states belonging to the Northern Economic Corridor have also done so, but at a different pace, however, since Mazatlán depends on tourists for tourism. It is important to know in what percentage our consumers have been immunized.

And as of August 2, in Mazatlan, a vaccination certificate is requested from both locals and tourists, and because of this, reservations have decreased, according to workers from different lodging centers.

The majority of Mazatlán’s tourist activity comes from the six states that make up the Northern Economic Corridor; Chihuahua, Coahuila, Durango, Nuevo León, Tamaulipas and Zacatecas. Due to the current health emergency, each federal entity has made progress in immunizing its population according to its possibilities.
