The hotel executive insisted that the destination requires chains such as JW Marriott, St Regis, Four Seasons, Westin Zafiro, since they will automatically pull in airline flights.
He recalled that when Riu arrived in Mazatlán, it brought a flight from Toronto that did not exist and more flights from Canada.
