Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The real estate “boom” that Mazatlán is experiencing demands that investments be made in improving the quality of services, so that the projects that are at the door do not stop, said Roberto Arellano Osorio.
The president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals of Mazatlán revealed that there are currently more than 100 projects in Mazatlán, and about 15 on the horizon, hence it is a priority to address the issue of urban infrastructure, to make a good impression and continue to generate investments.
“We have more than 100 current developments in the city, but right now more than 10 or more than 15 new projects are being planned for Mazatlán, projects of a very good size, with large rooms, with an impressive quality, in which we want Mazatlán continue in that boom to provide a better service in infrastructure, “he said.
Arellano Osorio pointed out that it is very important to continue with the beautification of the city and the improvement of water supply and drainage services.
I point out that this real estate “boom” is proof that national and foreign investors continue to bet on fate.
He pointed out that the real estate sector is contributing annually, around 13% to the Gross Domestic Product and with the growth of the destination this percentage could rise next year.
“In the real estate sector according to our roots in the construction issue, we are giving a growth of the Gross Domestic Product of 13%, which in this 2022 that is approaching we are giving us that the GDP can grow a little more, we are convinced that with the foreign investment that is generated in the city we can give those numbers “.
The leader of the AMPI Mazatlán stressed the importance of carrying out continuous training among all real estate agents, national and international certifications that classify them as serious members, but above all trustworthy.
