Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- A neighbor of foreign origin from the Centro neighborhood, has planted the missing cobblestone ‘holes’ on Vicente Guerrero Street, however, the neighbors argue that the authorities constantly remove the flowers and the neighbor replants different species.
