Mazatlán, Sinaloa (August 17, 2020) .- Port Captaincy restricted maritime navigation to smaller vessels part of nautical tourism services, due to high tide and gusts of wind.

Considering that the favorable conditions did not exist, the operation for recreational boats, sport fishing, and parachute flights, as well as towing bananas, jet skis, and kayaks was suspended in the baches of Mazatlan.

The maritime regulation unit is constantly monitoring the development and trajectory of the weather phenomenon that is located close to the Mexican Pacific coast.

According to the forecast, more rains are expected during the course of the week for Mazatlán and the southern region of Sinaloa.
