Mazatlan.- The City Council, through the Municipal Public Services Directorate, carried out the rehabilitation of the games in the “Martiniano Carvajal” Park, as part of the beautification that is being carried out on Avenida Del Mar and Paseo Claussen.
The staff of the Department of Parks and Gardens of said Directorate, for 3 days worked in painting and welding, as well as in the replacement of some pieces of the little games, to offer Mazatlan families a more colorful and safe park.
Luis Antonio González Olague, head of Public Services, detailed what was done in this space.
“Everything that is the mechanical part was revised, new chains were put on the swings; the part that was weak in terms of the smithy, was reinforced so that there were some safe games, and apart they were all cleaned and anticorrosive was applied and painted in different colors so that they were conspicuous ”.
It was not necessary to replace any game, however, the most deteriorated was the “handrail”, he detailed.
The municipal official added that four people worked to rescue the area and painted the area of the photographic hostel, all with an investment of approximately 21 thousand pesos.
