MAZATLÁN, SINALOA (April 20, 2020).- The Technological University of Escuinapa is providing the new General Hospital of Mazatlán “Doctor Martiniano Carvajal” with equipment and supplies to support the institution in the face of the Covid-19 health contingency.
“They are delivering 20 liters of antibacterial gel, 50 protectors or face masks, made by students of the Industrial Maintenance degree, and 50 additional protectors donated by Banco Santander “said the rector of the educational institution, Julio César Ramos Robledo.
“The only thing we are asking is that they give it the best use here in the hospital and we know that in the face of this contingency it will serve them well.” the rector added.
The director of the hospital, doctor Héctor Carrión Tizcareño, appreciated the generosity of this donation, which comes at the most opportune moment.
“The antibacterial gel is made by the Food Processes degree and the masks by the Industrial Maintenance degree with 3D printers”, Ramos Robledo concluded.
