San Miguel de Allende, Gto.- The relatives of those affected declare that in the public ministry they did not receive their statement, the person in charge of the homicide area told them that in three days they were marked, because due to the health contingency they were not working normally.
Last Sunday around eight o’clock at night, a family left the Boca de Lira community belonging to this municipality in their van, heading to the community of El Tigre, during the trip, the family reports that a man between 20 and 25 years old. He went out to meet him and shot the truck.
During the attack, the bullets hit two minors, one 10-year-old who died at the scene and the other 9-year-old who was seriously injured.
The relatives of the minors declare that they went to the Public Ministry at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office based in this city where the person in charge of the killings, indicated that at the moment he could not make the statement, due to the health contingency and that in days later she scored. The body of the deceased is still in the Forensic Medical Service, and the other minor remains hospitalized in a private hospital, once the family members decided to remove him from the general hospital, indicating a lack of care.
