“Capirotada” a Mexican Lent gastronomic delicacy you can taste in Mazatlan

Capirotada is a typical dessert from the Mexican states of Sinaloa, Sonora and Zacatecas, as well as New Mexico (United States). It consists of toasted or aged bread, cut into slices that are put to cook together with banana, raisins and walnut and other ingredients.
