Mazatlán.- This Wednesday Mazatlán Aquarium benefited 60 women belonging to the Salvation Army of the northwest area, with the entrance to the marine enclosure, completely free.

Captain Raúl Romero commented that it was thanks to the good relationship and disposition that exists on the part of the Chemical Government and Mrs. Gaby Peña Chico that this was possible. In addition, this is the third time they have received support.

“For us, it is very important that in some way, hand in hand with the municipality, we are working together, because only as a team can we do more and more with communities in vulnerability or extreme poverty. And in this case we can see that the Chemist and Mrs. Gabriela Peña Chico are working hand in hand with civil associations and with women, “he said.

Meanwhile, Raquel Espinosa de Sánchez, representative of the attending group, commented that the visit to the marine enclosure will be to re-confront them, since they are women who have joined the group seeking social and spiritual help.

They are originally from Ciudad Juárez, Mazatlán, Culiacán, Mexicali, Tijuana and Ensenada.

Some of the services that the Salvation Army has are: Care dining room, home for children, care for refugee women and immigrant men.
