The concept is still in negotiations; both projects would be in the area of La Marina Mazatlan
Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- This year, it is expected that they can open between 70 and 80 new restaurants in Mazatlan, as announced by Óscar Palacios Gómez, president of the National Chamber of the Restaurant of Restaurants and Spiced Food ( Canirac) of the city.
The business leader notified that among the new concepts that could reach the port is one in the style of “Mercado Roma”, in Mexico City. However, he said that it is still in negotiations.
“There also comes a type of business like Mercado Roma, it’s the only thing I can tell you, that project is being ‘cooked’ too; let’s see what happens, ”he emphasized.
In addition, Palacios Gómez said that although the trend of Food Trucks Parks has come down in the United States, Mazatlan has gained strength and announced the creation of another gastronomic area with food trailers.
“It is a type of Food Park but with the theme or concept of setting with containers; Hopefully people will adopt it, ”he said.
Both projects, he said, would be located in the area of La Marina Mazatlan.
