Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- Before the commemoration of Candelaria Day and the already famous custom of eating tamales during that day, in La Noria, Mazatlan, they decided to hold the First Tamale and Crafts Fair this Sunday, February 2.
Visitors can go to different restaurants for breakfast early. In them, the program of activities will begin from 8:00 in the morning with the promotion of these.
Later, at 10:00 in the morning, the Gastronomic and Cultural Tianguis will start that every Sunday is held in the square of this town, where there will be up to 17 different types of tamales, such as the tamale colorado, bean, cottage cheese, rajas, shrimp, the “fat” consisting of a meat and vegetable tamale larger than usual.

From 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. there will be a band and dance music. In the end, a tribute will be given to Mrs. Cecilia in recognition of her great seasoning that has characterized her for more than 20 years and the closing will be at 4:00 p.m.
