Hoteliers announce 90% of reservations for Carnival in Mazatlan
The president of the Tres Islas Hotels and Motels Association, José Ramón Manguart Sánchez, is confident that the occupancy levels during the days of the 2020 Mazatlan Carnival will be 100 percent.
Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- “For the days of the Mazatlan International Carnival, 2020 edition, the hotel sector registers reservations in the order of 90 percent, some lodging centers are already sold out for those dates”, said José Ramón Manguart Sánchez.
The president of the Association of Hotels and Motels Tres Islas in Mazatlan, is confident that the occupancy levels will reach 100 percent, and said that this year the artistic cast is extraordinary.
“The reservations started since September 2019, people schedule their trips to Mazatlan months in advance, to guarantee their stay, room and especially to be able to obtain the best possible deal in terms of price.” Manguart Sánchez stated.
“… it is mostly regional national tourism, like people from Durango, Chihuahua, Tepic and Sinaloa of course,” he said.
The hotel entrepreneur stressed that the Mazatlan International Carnival is an important event for the destination, and for all tourism service providers because it attracts national and international tourists.
“This is a date that allows you to see Mazatlan’s identity; its Culture. El carnval gives projection to the destination in the national and international spheres ” , Manguart Sánchez added.
Manguart Sánchez made a call to all tourists that want to attend the 2020 Mazatlan International Carnival, to reserve their rooms asap, directly with the hotels to avoid being victims of fraud.
