It is expected that as of December 15 a large part of the establishments may be almost at full capacity
Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- Given the large number of inns and special events that take place in December, restaurants are running out of reservations available for the next few days, said the president of the National Chamber of Industry of Restaurants and Spiced Food, Canirac, in Mazatlán, Óscar Palacios Gómez.
The leader of the Canirac said that it is from December 15 when the influx of diners to these centers begins to increase markedly.
Given this, he asked the public to try to book in advance.
“The recommendation is that they approach the restaurants, try to make a reservation or a quote,” he said.
Palacios Gómez revealed that, currently, a large part of the restaurants have reserved up to 70 percent of the available tables, but that during the last two weeks of the year the businesses could be almost full.
