The total investment of 919 uniforms was 4 million 732 thousand pesos
Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The City Council of Mazatlan delivered 919 new uniforms to elements of the Municipal Police, with an investment of 4 million 732 thousand pesos.
The Secretary of Public Security and Municipal Transit, Federico Rivas Valdés, recognized the efforts of the men and women that the secretariat has.
“This more than fabrics or yarns is a hero costume with which our children and family see us go out every day, without being sure if we are going to return successfully or alive, these blue skins also represents the values and duties with the citizenship”.
During the event, awards were also given to 39 agents, an element of the Navy and two of the National Guard, which were recognized by Mayor Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres.
“Let’s keep doing things right for the good of the Mazatlecos, always follow the right paths so that Mazatlan is always a safe city,” he said.
