The subsidy ended with the month of October
Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The subsidy provided by the state and federal government to reduce the costs of electricity consumption culminated on October 31, and from November 1 receipts could arrive more expensive.
The subsidy is a support of the state and federal governments regarding the costs imposed by the Federal Electricity Commission, CFE.
Miguel Ángel Murillo Sánchez, in charge of Profeco’s office in Sinaloa, recommended that the population take care of their pocket and not use the air conditioners due to the high consumption they make and the high costs they would represent for the user.
“It is very important to warn you that the subsidized summer rate is over and that the subsidy of the winter rate, which is 200 kilowatts, is practically not enough to turn on the air conditioners; That is why we ask citizens to turn off the air conditioners, which is what they consume most in a house, ”he said.
He stressed that those who continue to turn on this device for the next few days will have to pay a greater amount than the one registered during the summer months.
