This is an addition to the Mazatlan APP platform that has been promoted by the Municipal Government with which it is intended to streamline response times in incidents reported by citizens
Through the implementation of a Panic Button, Mazatlan seeks more efficient care advocacy reports that reach the base called C4.
As of this week the Municipal Government launches this additional tool that adds to the variants of the virtual application that works via the Mazatlan APP cell phone.
The announcement was made by the municipal authorities themselves, by the Mayor, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres in the company of the Secretary of Public Security, Federico Rivas Valdés who highlighted the benefits that the operation of this new virtual modality could have, promising a more effective proximity with the citizen by requiring the precise data of the places where an alert takes place.
They assured that with this same mechanism the response time will be reduced in a matter of minutes, by having a specific geographical map of the citizen, and even of the rural area, because when accessing the application it is necessary to register the user’s personal data, among them the address that is redirected in the complaint made from the mobile phone.
