The rehabilitation works on Rafael Buelna Avenue will begin shortly for a total makeover, said the Director of Public Works, Juan de Dios Garay, informing that the resources will be from the federal, state and municipal government. A budget of more than 180 million pesos is estimated.
He said that in the case of the municipality, it will be necessary to invest in drainage and drinking water infrastructure along that avenue that is one of the most important entrances to the city and the beach area.
Interviewed before the start of the civic-military stop on September 16 in Mazatlan, the municipal official added that the third package of works with the corresponding tenders is already being carried out in the city and rural area.
In the talk with reporters, the engineer De Garay said that in the rehabilitation of Rafael Buelna Avenue the state will invest more than 130 million pesos and the municipality 50 million pesos.
