Alexa Terrazas, a student at Tecnológico de Monterrey, was seriously injured after falling from an eighth-floor while doing “extreme yoga” in a railing.
According to local media, the young woman fell at least 25 meters from the terrace in the Torres Mizza housing complex in Las Privanzas neighborhood, in San Pedro, Monterrey, around 1:10 p.m. last Saturday.
After the fall it resulted in multiple fractures throughout the body.
A photograph circulating on social networks shows the way in which the young woman practiced her routines.
Alexa’s health status is reported as severe and with a reserved prognosis, while the help of 100 blood donors was requested.
