Sinaloa Governor endorses that cyclists must get a driver’s license

Governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel endorsed the proposal of the mayor of Culiacan, Jesus Estrada Ferreiro, in the sense that cyclists also carry a driver’s license, in order to have a pattern in the case of an accident.

Interviewed during the “Puro Sinaloa” support days, the state leader said that it is a precautionary measure and security that comes to pay for the protection of cyclists.

“I believe that everything is a credit to the safety and protection of cyclists because we have to protect them, precisely, because there are people who drive very reckless and I think the trend in the world is pedestrian and support the cyclist then we have to support them, “he argued.
