The construction of an aerospace park for Mazatlan will begin in June

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.-  It will be in the month of June when construction begins on an aerospace park in Mazatlan that will allow the first 100 percent aircraft assembled in Mexico.

David González Torrentera, Secretary of Economic Development and Tourism of the City of Mazatlan, said that this site will be located at kilometer 9 of the highway to Culiacán.

“They are 14-meter aircraft from wing to wing, these planes are going to be built in Mazatlan, unmanned aircraft, this is a fact, in a month they start doing earth movements and in the Municipality we are working with them very closely” , the official said.

The investment of the company Singular Aircraft, who is in charge of the project, is 300 million pesos.
