The Azteca stadium will host the inaugural Monday Night Football meeting between Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers.

The National Football League (NFL) announced that the Azteca stadium will host the inaugural meeting of Monday Night Football on November 18th between Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers.

In a statement, the NFL said the kickoff of this game, which is part of the compensation for the game canceled last year in Mexico City, will be at 7:15 p.m.

After the suspension of last season between the Heads of Kansas City and the Rams of Los Angeles, after the poor condition presented by the court, the “colossus of Santa Ursula” was again considered to host an NFL game.

This game will be the second to be played outside the US after the November 21, 2016 Oakland Raiders beat the Houston Texans 27-20 in the iconic Mexico City property.

He mentioned that this meeting, which the Los Angeles Chargers will play as a local, is one of five that will be held outside the United States in the regular season.
