In this context, Vivanuncios, in alliance with Legal Global Consulting, carried out the Magno Real Estate Event (MEI) in Baja California, which also has other venues such as Puebla, Monterrey, Guadalajara, CDMX, Querétaro, Cuernavaca, Toluca, and Cancún. The average cost of selling a two-bedroom apartment in Baja California is estimated at 21,085 pesos per square meter (m2), while the cost of buying a three-bedroom house of 169 m2 average, is located near the 14,950 pesos per m2.
