Vehicular Traffic closed between Sonora and Chihuahua due to snow

Although snow also fell in the city, the most intense was in the Sierra de Cananea, informed the director of the Municipal Civil Protection Unit, Jesus Hector Padilla. 

Up to this time of the morning, a haze is reported in the area of the Cananea-Ímuris road section, so travelers were advised to drive at moderate speeds and preferably use the low lights of cars. 

Also on the Agua Prieta, Sonora-Janos, Chihuahua road stretch, Puerto San Luis registered a snowfall and there was no road closure, municipal authorities in Agua Prieta reported.
