The secretary of sustainable development Alvaro Ruelas talked about the project to be implemented in the state of ecological bicycles as an alternative means of transport, the city of Mazatlan will be the first to have this service in the coming weeks, the idea is to expand it to the main Sinaloa cities, this as part of the actions undertaken from that area in search of generating mobility conditions accessible to users and friendly to the environment.
