AliExpress will offer deliveries “in five days” in Mexico

AliExpress, one of the Asian markets that has grown the most in recent years thanks to online shopping, plans to “fall in love” with Mexico with one of its weak points: deliveries.

And the Chinese company seeks to compete directly against Mercado Libre or Amazon, who have the Mexican market, seeking to gain product delivery time.

The above has to do with the fact that AliExpress will be celebrating 14 years of service in 2024, so establishing itself in markets as relevant for online commerce as Mexico is part of its strategy.

In this way, the platform confirmed that starting in March it will offer new delivery times in Mexico, in periods that can range from five to eight business days, when before, waiting times could be between one to three months.

Likewise, AliExpress clarified that this new function will be implemented in some “main cities” in Mexico, with Mexico City being “the first territory” to have this benefit. AGV
