“Mazatlán is a benchmark of the real estate boom,” says the national president of the AMPI

Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Due to the great real estate boom that Mazatlán has had in recent years, it has now been announced that the city will be the next venue for the National Congress of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals, as announced by the National president Ignacio Lacunza Magaña. 

During his visit to Mazatlán after having held a meeting with the mayor Édgar González Zataráin, the national president of AMPI announced that one of the key points that were touched on was the organization of the next congress in which developers and builders from all over Mexico will come to the port. 

     “Mazatlán, the jewel in the crown of the state, is going to host our maximum national event, which is the National Congress of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals, and today the mayor received us. It is the second visit that I make as national president and we gave him the progress that we have with the congress that will be on October 11, 12 and 13 ”. 

According to Lacunza Magaña’s statements, around 1,500 people are expected to attend the congress in Mazatlán, which he assured is a benchmark at this time of what the real estate development boom is. Just like he announced that work is already underway to provide basic services such as water and drainage to all the condominium constructions that have spread rapidly throughout the coastal area.
