The federal official arrived in Mazatlán to lead different activities, including the official inauguration of the Gran Acuario
MAZATLÁN.- The Secretary of Federal Tourism, Miguel Torruco Márquez, arrived in Mazatlán to lead different activities, including the inauguration of the Great Aquarium.
This Tuesday afternoon, the federal official attended a feast in La Costa Marinera, along with other politicians from the civil service, located on Camarón Sábalo avenue, on La Florida street.
Torruco Márquez arrived accompanied by Estrella Palacios Domínguez, Secretary of Tourism in Sinaloa, and a few minutes later the Undersecretary of Promotion, Industry and Tourism Operations, Ricardo Velarde Cárdenas, and the mayor of Mazatlán, Édgar González Zataráin, arrived at the site.
In addition to the official inauguration of the Gran Acuario, which opened to the public a month ago, Torruco Márquez will unveil a plaque in honor of the British musician, Pete Best, who was the first drummer of the band The Beatles, before Ringo Starr.
The federal official will also give the official start of the “Maz Chilo Tram” in the Sister Cities Park, this Wednesday.
