Ríos Rubio said that the vendors work to obtain the health certificate, in order to provide greater security in terms of hygiene to tourists; that is, they must comply with a series of protocols, such as; use mouth covers, keep the healthy distance, bring antibacterial and a cloth to clean the merchandise.
