Next March 10 is the deadline to receipt documentation, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Mazatlan, Sin. – One week before the closing of the call for aspiring agents of the Mazatlan Preventive Police, personnel from the Ministry of Public Security and Municipal Transit were at different strategic points in the city to deliver brochures with information about the requirements that must be met.
Cesar Armando Martínez Franco, Academic Coordinator of the Police Professionalization Unit, said that the purpose is to reach more young people interested in being part of the corporation.
He mentioned that during the first week the participation of interested young people was acceptable, and he commented that there were some cases that they lacked a document, for which reason they had to postpone receiving their folder.
He considered that after the activity carried out in the streets, it is expected that young people will become more interested and during the following week the number of applicants will double.
Documentation is received at the Police Professionalization department, located in the Citizen Security Center, on Bulevar Antonio Toledo Corro, in the Huerto Familiares neighborhood, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
