Investigations by the Grupo Fusión-UECS (Specialized Units to Combat Kidnapping), dependent on the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Morelos, allowed the release of three people kidnapped in the Puente de Ixtla municipality on Tuesday, October 20.

On the morning of October 20, a complaint was made, at the Special Prosecutor’s Office in Combating Kidnapping and Extortion, of the express kidnapping of a victim by individuals who keep the collection plaza known as Alpuyeca taken: number 184 , of name Francisco Velasco Durán , since last October 5.

Therefore, the corresponding protocols were activated and field and cabinet work began to provide care and advice to the victim during the process, Excelsior reported .
