Los Cabos, Baja California Sur (BCS). This Sunday, November 10, the auction of a luxury mansion in Los Cabos was held for the third time, which was sold for 6.2 million pesos; On the previous 2 occasions, the bid for the property was declared deserted. 

The residence located in the Rancho Leonero Campestre Fractionation, municipality of Los Cabos, had an exit price of 3.8 million, however, previously it had been offered with a value of 15.3 million pesos. 

This house achieved a premium of 63%, in relation to its output value, selling at 6.2 million pesos, said the head of the Institute to Return the Stolen People, Ricardo Rodríguez Vargas

The Federal Government sold 37 of the 45 lots raising 16.2 million pesos from the projected 32.5 million pesos. The event was held at the Los Pinos Cultural Center and aims to purchase instruments for children’s bands in Oaxaca.

The holiday residence allegedly belonged to the former leader of the Arellano Felix cartel, Francisco Javier Arellano Felix, “El Tigrillo,” El Financiero reported at the time.  

According to data from the Property Administration and Disposal Service (SAE), the property has an area of ​​958.04 square meters, with a construction area of ​​575.03 square meters and is located on the seashore. 

Finally, 8 luxury watches and 23 vehicles were sold at the auction, some of these items reaching 810,000 pesos.
