The price of gasoline in the cities of Mexico for today, January 13, 2019, according to the Energy Regulatory Commission.
The shortage of gasoline, which began with the Mexican government’s plan to combat the “huachicoleo” (theft of fuel) by which the supply model of Pemex was changed and the pipelines susceptible to being looted gasoline were closed , it persists in at least ten states of Mexico.

No official data have been given on when fuel traffic will be restored at the rate prior to this crisis or the normal operation of the country’s service stations.
However, members of the Mexican government have been willing to close the pipeline for as long as necessary until the “huachicoleo” is controlled, which causes the State to lose 60 billion pesos (3,000 million dollars) year.
