The new Ritz-Carlton Reserve hotel will generate more than 500 direct jobs and at least 1,500 indirect jobs.
The Riviera Nayarit will receive an investment of 150 million dollars for the development of the new Ritz-Carlton Reserve hotel, by the Thor Urbana and GFA real estate groups, the Marriott chain, and Mota-Engil Turismo.
This new project will generate more than 500 direct jobs and at least 1,500 indirect jobs. The hotel will be within the tourism development Costa Canuva, of Mota-Engil Turismo, in an area known as El Santuario on the Riviera de Nayarit, with private beach and cliffs.
The Costa Canuva project involves an investment of 1,800 million dollars, with a generation of 8,500 jobs, in 250 hectares, for five luxury hotels and more than 2,500 residential units.
The new hotel will have rooms, suites and private villas overlooking the sea, while it will have a rental program, as well as three restaurants, a bar, meeting rooms, two swimming pools, shops, and a spa.
Within the framework of this presentation, Miguel Torruco, Secretary of Tourism, signed a commitment with the government of Nayarit to strengthen the development of the tourism sector of the state.
