“The patrimonial certification for these cities serves as an important urban attribute since it promotes a greater tourist flow and a better local cohesion,” said Leonardo González , Real Estate analyst at Propiedades.com He added that this allows developing the urban image and cultural options oriented to the capitalization of this asset.
