Quirino Ordaz inaugurates rehabilitation of Arroyo Jabalines

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.-The Governor of the State, Quirino Ordaz Coppel, marks the siding of Arroyo Jabalines , along with the municipal president José Joel Bouciéguez Lizárraga and the residents of the neighborhoods surrounding this body of water.

The president highlighted the works today begins with the first stage that consists of the section that goes from Bugamgilias street to Avenida Circunvalación with a length of 580 meters.

It was highlighted that the works consist of the expansion of the Arroyo channel and coating with hydraulic concrete slab 15 centimeters thick armed with lac-mesh.

Likewise, the section will be trapezoidal and will have a width of 21.00 meters.

Walls of over-elevation of reinforcing concrete will also be built in each margin from 0.80 to 1.00 m of altrua . The amount for this work is 31 million 422 thousand pesos.

Román Inda, on behalf of the neighbors, thanked the mayor and governor for ensuring that floods occur every year.

The mayor recognized the management capacity of Quirino Ordaz Coppel before the federal government to contribute to the development of Sinaloa, and especially, in Mazatlan.

He pointed out that just as with Peña Nieto he has obtained resources, he will also do so with the presiding elect of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

The tuna entrepreneur Eduvigildo Carranza attended the event; the vice president of the Association of Hotels and Tourist Companies, Carlos Berdegue; the local deputies:  Maribel Chollet, Margarita Villaescusa, and Elsy López Montoya, as well as residents of the Jaracarandas neighborhood, November 20, Lico Velarde, Villas del Estero, among others.
