The State Attorney General’s Office has activated the Alba Protocol to locate two young women who disappeared on December 14 and 19 in Mazatlán.
The disappearances were reported days later, prompting ministerial authorities to launch a search form on Monday night, seeking public assistance to locate the women.
– Teresita de Jesús Gutiérrez Ríos: 22 years old, last seen on December 14 leaving her home in the Mundialista neighborhood. She was wearing a long-sleeved black blouse, a gray skirt, and black leather boots. She is of medium build, has straight hair, and is 1.60 meters tall. She has a distinctive scar on her mid-leg.
– Ramona Monserrat Olivo Espinoza: 28 years old, last seen on December 19 leaving her house in the Third Extension of Urías. She has a vertical scar from a cesarean section and a mole in the middle of her upper lip. She is thin, has long, dark brown hair, and is 1.60 meters tall.
The Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Forced Disappearance of Persons urges citizens to report any information that could lead to the location of the two women. They can contact the authorities at 800 890 90 92 and 667 716 70 70.
