“On the subject of sales, they have been maintained throughout the year, we have had a lot of demand, the first semester produced better numbers than last year and we hope that, if the inclement weather allows it, tourists will continue to arrive and continue like this sales for real estate developments”, he highlighted.

Palacios Jáuregui stated that more than 80 percent of the buyers are from Nayarit, Durango, Chihuahua and Nuevo León, although this year demand was observed from Tijuana and Mexico City.

The leader indicated that the real estate boom has had an effect as if it were a tsunami, which has been growing, in addition that the surplus value is what has been calling the attention of the investor when investing in a property in the destination.

“Mazatlán is a destination that still needs to mature in terms of prices in its entirety, there are destinations that are much more expensive and the increase that has been generated in units that were bought for 3 million pesos today are worth almost five,” he stressed.
