MAZATLAN. – The great boom that Mazatlán continues to have in terms of investment is becoming more noticeable every day. The director of Grupo Panamá, Luis Osuna Vidaurri, expressed that the growth of the city must be taken advantage of and that is why they have resumed their project in the heart of the Marina Mazatlán, where they will carry out the construction of hotels, buildings and restaurants that will generate more attractions and jobs for the city.

He commented that the Plaza Cabo Carena project has five hectares of surface in which they will first place a Panama restaurant, which is the heart of all the investments, and also contemplates a hotel, a shopping center, a cinema, offices and homes with an investment of around 1,200 million pesos.

“Everything is going very well, with the pandemic we are behind in all the group’s projects, but this year in January we resume work again and we plan to conclude its first stage in a year, where it will have a Panama restaurant, a kids area that We already need it here in Mazatlán”.
